ADHD ASSESSMENT (16+)
for students & adults aged 16+
Clarity Assessment provides professional ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) assessments for adults and students aged 16 and over, delivered face-to-face in Berkshire & Oxfordshire and remotely across the UK.
These assessments offer insight into challenges experienced in education, training, or the workplace, supporting a deeper understanding of individual learning profiles. An experienced assessor will guide you through cognitive testing and a clinical interview, providing clarity, practical strategies, and personalised recommendations for study and work.
NON-MEDICAL ADHD ASSESSMENT

It is important to note that while these assessments inform support and accommodations, they do not constitute a medical diagnosis and cannot be used to access NHS-prescribed medication. The ADHD assessment at Clarity Assessment is suited to adults and students aged 16 and over who wish to gain a deeper understanding of their attention, focus, and executive functioning, without pursuing medication.
It is ideal for those seeking clarity about how ADHD traits may affect learning, work, or daily life, and who want personalised strategies to manage these challenges effectively. The assessment can provide a legally recognised ADHD diagnosis to support requests for reasonable adjustments in education or the workplace, and facilitate access to schemes such as Disabled Students’ Allowance or Access to Work.
THE REPORT & FOLLOW-UP CONSULTATION
Drawing on the background information, clinical interview and performance across the assessment tasks, the report will state if the client has ADHD, resulting in a formal diagnosis.
It will provide a clear profile of strengths and areas requiring further support, along with tailored recommendations for strategies and interventions that can be implemented at home, in school, or in the workplace.
Written referral to other professionals is included if further support is needed. A 30-minute follow-up consultation is included to discuss the findings in detail, answer your questions and explore practical ways to implement the recommendations.
